No REFUND is available however we are happy to accept your returns for a store credit as long as the items are returned in its original condition. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still, have the original tags attached. Contact must be made 24hours after package is received in order to qualify.
Persons domiciled in the United States an address will be provided for your returns to be sent after contact is made with us. Please be guided that contact must be made within 24 hours of receiving package (whatsapp 1876-468-1972)
We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, a store credit will not be issued.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, we do not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
